As part of a total commitment to sports excellence the Phuket International Academy Mind Centre has started to deliver training in the cultivation of cognitive and emotional balance. The Phuket International Academy Mind Centre will offer a blend of modern psychology and neuroscience in association with ancient Asian contemplative practices. Featuring accessibility, the PIAMC conducts retreats and seminars. It teaches the practice of “mindfulness of breathing”, which is helpful way for soothing the body and calming the mind.
