January Means Excercise

A lot of people out there have chosen to do a bit of excercise as their resolution to take in New Year for 2010. Which form of excercise is the best one out there to take?

Gym

The gym can be a great place to go to not only to exercise but for help on exactly what you need to do so lose that weight or work on those muscles. the great thing about a gym membership is that you get people that are there to help you out. There is a very big problem with going to the gym and the fact is that it can be very expensive and if you are not going with friends it tends to be very boring especially if you do not have an iPod. More often than not it takes a very large chunk of your pay away from you and on top of rent/mortgage and bills it will stop you from buying things you want.

Running

Running is a really good way to get a bit of exercise. I would advise going out in the early mornings or just as the sun is setting to get the benefit of the cool weather. This is certainly something that can be good for the body as it will slowly introduce it to the excercise. However running in public is not something that everyone feels comfortable doing which is why many people hate it.

Cycling

Cycling is another huge form of exercise and there seems to be more and more people out there riding to work as the years go on. With more and more people caring about the environment I can only see the amount of people using bikes for excercise increasing. Once again it would seem that the problem comes because it is costly. Look around for the best Zipp Wheels and Cycling Shoes as well as looking for the best bike like a Trek Madone.

There are of course alternatives to these and some of them you may not think of first such as using Wii Fit on the Nintendo Wii. The real truth behind it is do what you feel is right for you.
